We welcome new patients to our practice and we strive to establish long-term relationships by providing care for the entire family.

Preventive Care

We believe in the importance of preventive health care. Regular examinations at your cleaning appointments enable us to catch a problem early, treat it while small, and keep down the total cost of your dental care.

Emergency Care

If you have an emergency, please call as early in the day as possible. We will see you promptly. When the office is closed, we can always be reached in the event of an emergency by our paging service.

Appointments

We see our patients by appointment only. For your convenience, we have extended office hours. Please call or email our office in advance so that we may reserve time for you. We make every effort to be on time and ask that you extend us the same courtesy.
We appreciate 48 to 72 hours notice to change an appointment. This will allow us to give the time to another patient. There is a charge for any appointment broken or canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Insurance

For your convenience, we will submit your insurance claims for you. At the time of your first visit, please provide us with all the necessary insurance information. Please keep us informed of any changes in your coverage.
Insurance plans vary widely in the coverage they provide and most do not cover 100%. We estimate what your plan covers as a courtesy to you based on the information you give us. If for any reason your insurance carrier pays less than expected, you are responsible for the balance.

Financial Guidelines

We encourage payment in full at the time of service and for those with available insurance benefits, your estimated co-payment is expected at this time as well.
For our patients who are 64 and older and do not have dental insurance benefits, we offer a senior citizen courtesy* for full payment at the time of treatment:

  • Full payment by cash or check – 10% senior courtesy*
  • Full payment by credit card – 5% senior courtesy*

*Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield contracts do not allow cash courtesies.

If you prefer to pay for your dental treatment installments, please ask us about our interest-free loan. Balances that remain after 60 days will incur a finance charge.

For major cases, a down payment of approximately one half of your responsibility is required at the beginning of treatment. The balance is due by completion unless other arrangements are made.
